Dave Obin, President
I currently have twins, Spencer and Devany, at Queens Lake MS, entering the seventh grade this year. This past June, our oldest, Dalton, completed his middle school journey so this fall will begin my 5th year as a middle school parent at QLMS. My wife and I were heavily involved in PTA and other activities (I was a Cub Scout Den Leader and Cub Master for a local Cub Scout Pack for several years) at the elementary school level for several years. I currently work as a Program Manager for Oasis, a DOD Contractor, supporting the US Air Force. I can be reached via email if you have questions. I am looking forward to leading the PTA board for the next year and being involved in all of the middle school activities this year and beyond!

Felicia Brown-Anderson, President Elect

Felicia's daughter Chloe is a 7th grader at Queens Lake and a mSAM student.  Felicia is a native of York County and attended York County Schools, graduating from Tabb High School in 1991. After undergraduate and graduate studies in psychology, she returned to the area in August of 2003 to settle down and raise a family. She currently works as a therapist at the William and Mary Counseling Center. Felicia is also actively involved within the Williamsburg community including service with Saint Bede Catholic Church, the Williamsburg Aquatic Club, and the Queens Lake Eagles Swim Team. Volunteering has always been important to her and is how she often enjoys engaging with others in the community.  Felicia has been involved with PTA since her daughter Chloe began kindergarten in 2009. She believes being an active parent in the school is key to supporting the students, administrators, and teachers. She is excited to be involved with the QLMS PTA during such an important developmental stage in the lives of middle schoolers. She is looking forward to a full and exciting year! Stacie Lohr, Treasurer
Anastasia "Stacie" Lohr is the proud parent of two students at QLMS, Jacob is in eighth grade and Faith is in seventh. During her first year as a middle school parent, Stacie split her time volunteering in both QLMS and Magruder ES, all the while trying to figure "it" out. Prior to working as a full time parent, volunteer and substitute teacher, Stacie worked in information technology as a trainer and training manager on government contracts in Northern Virginia. Her work experience also includes teaching in a local preschool, office management and retail sales and management. In addition to serving in her current role for the QLMS PTA, Stacie substitutes regularly for the York County School Division. She is excited and looking forward to her involvement with QLMS over the next few years.
